While running RA on a Project , we get message KJ129 which suggests that the RA values will only be updated in CO area currency and not in Object currecny. On further investigation I find that this happens only on Projects which have a status of I0082 ( RA carried out) but not I00295 ( Internal status - RA carried out in Object Currecny) .
The staus RESA ( RA carried out) was set initially then was deactivated and then set up again. This might be because the RA data was deleted ( possibly using kka8) many many months ago.
I read few SAP notes ( 485405 for instance) which confirm the observation and suggest that the RA data need to be converted.
Now the question is:
a) Can we reset the internal Status I00295 after which we belive the RA data would be written in both currencies.
b) What is meant by "conversion of the data of the RA"? ( On note 485405)
PS: This is observed only on RA vesrions which are not relevant for settlement and not on version 0.
We have CO area currency type set up as 30 and not 10.
