Hi Shatti,

Make sure that the SAP is up and running on the host system.Plus, check firewall configuration, also.

(1) Open -----------------------------> "SAP MANAGEMENT CONSOLE",
(2) Expand --------------------------------> "SAP SYSTEMS".
Check whether SAP SYSTEMS are in START MODE OR NOT.
( I have SYSTEMS ("DAA", "GSS").
: If it is in GREEN COLOR, that means SAP SYSTEM is in START MODE.
: If the system is not in GREEN COLOR, that means SAP SYSTEM is in STOP MODE.
SOLUTION:
(1): RIGHT CLICK ON THE SYSTEM( "DAA" / "GSS" ) WHICH IS NOT IN START MODE ( Which is not in "GREEN COLOR") .
(2): SELECT START OPTION, it will ask Admin to enter PASSWORD. After entering the
PASSWORD it will START YOUR SAP SYSTEM.
(3): YOU HAVE TO SAVE it.
(4): Then CLOSE ------------------> "SAP MANAGEMENT CONSOLE".

do some connectivity test from command prompt.
1. Ping lmp015
2. telnet lmp015 3241
If anyone fails then check with network team. Also verify the parameter with other user who is able to connect successfully.
