How to include Customer Name in VA15N

Hi All,

The standard report VA15N does'nt include customer name.User wants the customer name aslo to be included in the report.Kindly suggest how to include the customer name in the standard report or any other alternative.

The user's requirement is very simple,when he/she executes the report they could only see the Customer number they are confused with that,so they want the customer name also to be displayed along with that.

Any Suggestions.

Hi venugopal,

Since the Sold to party name is not available in the layout set, if the description is necessary the transaction can be copied and create a new Z-report with the name can be added in the ALV display.

Hi Venugopal,

One option is to copy the standard program and develop a 'Z' report just to incorporate the customer name in it.

Alternately, you may also develop a query in SQVI using the tables VBAK,VBAP and KNA1 and display the needful.

Hi,

In the program they have used the structure SERPSLS_GENDOC,we have appended that by adding name1.So now it reflecting in all our reports VA15N,VA25N,VA05N AND VA45N.

Hi Venugopal,

You can use the sold to party field fiield for your requirement.

Press f4, you will get a pop up to select customer depending on various selection criteria including customer name.

If can enter the customer name, which will sort out the sold to party number whihc you can use.

If this is not wat is required you have to copy the transaction and create a new Zreport.
