not able to log on to the system

Hi,

I have just added an systen to central monitoring in SOLMAN, but am not able able to log on to the monitored system on double clicking in rz20.

RFC's are working fine, alerst are being generated, CCMS agent is working, everything else also seems to be fine.

Please suggest.

Do an authorization test on Trusted RFCs and let me know the results.

@Javed : RFCs are working fine. Connection, authorisation test evrything is fine.

have you checked SM21 for errors?... if so post them here
