How to bring Customer Group fields (1 to 5) in WebUI Service Order ?

Dear Friends,

I am using CRM 2007 with BBPCRM 600 SP5 & CRMUIF 600 SP5.

In WebUI Service Order, Customer Group fields (1 to 5) not found. I checked in Configuration page also. It is not available.

In GUI Cusomter group fields are available in below path:

Tx:CRMD_ORDER, Transaction Data -> Administration Tab -> Addition data.

How to bring those fields ?

Hello,

the node BTSALESSET of UI component view BT116H_SRVO/DetailsOV does contain the fields STRUCT.CUST_GROUP1-5. Also the view BT116H_SRVO/DetailsEF contains this context node.

Hi,

you could add those fields to the available attributes using the assistent in BSP_WD_CMPWB.

Or please check if AET will solve your requirement - search in the webclient UI forum for AET.

Hi,

if you want any custom fields included as part of Order Transaction in Web UI.

U need to modify the UI configuration.

1. Open BSP_WD_CMP_WB

2. Open the component behid the service contract.

3. Identify the view, go to configuration tab on the right and u can find the additional fields in the available fields list.

4. Add to config and save.
