QA32 error

I have created physical samples and went for inspection.Now on doing qa32 trying to give usage decision the following error comes

The function you selected

cannot be

carried out:

Access usage decision

.The status of the lot is

CRTD Created

PASG Plan/specification assigned

SPRQ Quantity posting required

CROK Certificate receipt confirmed.

Please help i am new to QM?

CRTD status means you have opted to do Inspection wirh task list & task list is not attached.

1.Check the usage of the task list & it should match with usage in QA02

2.Now the Date of Creation of task list( validity date) should be prior to that of creation of inspection lot.

IF task list not exists then create task list with proper usage & back dated ,then attach through QA02.

If task list exists then go to QA02 >inspec spec->then click on sample

Then check whether status becomes REL,Then only UD is possible

Dear Sujit,

I am also facing same error while running QA32 for quality inspection. Stock will be move from quality inspection to Unrestricted Use. Please guide me or provide step wise procedure to over come this problem. Inspection lot status is "CRTD CHCR SPRQ".
