substitute for any number of managers

Hi experts,

In workflow for work item , one person should be substitute for any number of managers in their company code . is it possible ?

Hi,

Yes possible.

You need to maintain the same user for the all manager ( authorization shuold be same ).

You can user FM SAP_WAPI_SUBSTITUTE_MAINTAIN to maintin the substitute.

After that you can view it in the table HRUS_D2.

Hi,

I guess it is possible using a custom report. create a custom report which first gets you all the managers for a company code then using the Function module "RH_UPDATE_SUBST_LIST_SERVER" create or update substitutes for all the Managers. Sounds simple enough 😛
