New Views for Material Master

Hi All,

We have created new "CUSTOMIZED VIEWS" for material master with all "ZFIELDS" but these views are INDUSTRY TYPE specific. The requirement is to have material type specific. For this to happen the created views should be added to "MATERIAL TYPE" configuration in OMS2. How to do this?

Ex: Industry Type - Mechanical Industry

New Tabs Added - TAB1, TAB2 etc with some z fields

Now when I create a new material master with the specified industry sector (ROH) all the tabs are appearing there where as I only want TAB1 in ROH and TAB2 in HALB.

Hi,

OMT3B - Create 2 Screen Seq. for e.g. Z1 with TAB1 and Z2 wth TAB2

OMS2 - Assign Screen Ref. Mat Type ROH to Material Type ROH and Screen Ref. Mat Type HALB to Material Type HALB

OMT3E - Assign Z1 for Screen Ref. Material Type ROH and Z2 for Screen Ref. Material Type HALB

MM01 - Now try to create Material with Material Type ROH and HALB and Check.

Thanks for the input. I was able to solve it. Now I'm creating one screen sequence for each material type and this issue is resolved.
