Dear SAP Pulies,

i am facing some Errors while i am implementing Positive time management . while doing time evalution one error coming and here is the details

Things in Master Data:

01.04.2011 08:00:00 P10 Clock-in 123 M

01.04.2011 18:00:00 P20 Clock-out = 123 M

Things in Configuration of T550A:

Planned working hours 7.00 DWS selection rule 01

Planned working time 08:00 - 16:00

As per the documentation of DEFTP

Only pairs that have been assigned the processing type "A" (planned working pair absence) or "P" (planned working pair attendance) by function TIMTP become planned working time pairs.

The maximum daily working time is read from the Daily Work Schedules table (T550A). If no value is specified in T550A, the constant TGMAX is used from the Payroll Constants table (T511K).

i made changes and found following results

1)As per the thread information made the following changes in T550A ie

Min. working time 6.00

Max. Working time 9.00

Result: didnu2019t make any change

2) As per the thread information made the following changes in T511K ie

TGmax as 7

Result: Error solved

So my doubt is why system didnt consider the configuration of T550A and why need configuration of both ie T550A and T511K.

Anybody can pls Advice me that how i can solve this problem pls
