Zone wise/State Wise/office wise profitability

Dear experts,

My client want zone wise ,State wise and Inside state Office wise profitability.

request you to guide.how i will capture all the fields in COPA from SD.

Hi

State in india = Region in SAP... Maintain the Region in Customer Master and include it as a Char in COPA from KEA0 in your data structure.. No need to create WW Char for region

For Zone, proceed as above by Erwin

What i want exactly is

Zone - South

State-Karnataka

City- Bangalore,mangalore

i will create zone as characteristic and define derivation strategy Zone and State.

South-Karnataka,kerla

But from where i will capture state value ?

I think - sales office = City

Or any other better way for doing it.

Sales Office = City

Region State... Plug in REGION char (Standrad SAP Char) into your data structure in KEA0...

WWXXX = Zone.. use derivation rule and derive ZONE from State... i.e. AP/KArnataka/Kerala/TN = SOUTH ZONE

Hi,

As far as i know, you will have to create the characteristic for the ones you want, for an example:

- characteristic A: Zone

- characteristic B: State

and then you populate the characteristic values in KES1

after that you maintain the derivation rule in KEDR,

for an example:

sales office 1100 --> Zone ABC

Sales office 1200 --> Zone DEF
