Groupware Development & Production Clients

Hi,

we have successfully applied Groupware version 10 with SAP CRM 7.0 in our CRM Development system

when we transported to Production client, somehow the synchronization still refers to the Development client which should not be. we have tried to un-install the groupware and re-install from Production CRM Web UI but still no success.

any lead really appreciated.

If your server settings are correct on the server, you need to delete the following file from your PC:

GWIConfigData.xml

From this directory: C:\Documents and Settings\"USER Account"\Local Settings\Application Data\SAP AG\Client Groupware

Then click on your edit syncronization settings link from your CRM UI.

This will now download the nfew profile, and point to your production system.

Have you checked the synchronization settings and the server name mentioned there ?
