WIP calculation error message

hello every one,

In Repetative Manufacturing , While calculating WIP I am getting error message No reporting point found that suits selection .

In forum I had seen for this error ,but I am not finding any soluitons for it

Can anyone suggest for this error

Check your repetitive manufacturing profile. The RP backflush should be set. Also during your MFBF transaction, you should have the reporting point posted. This is pre-requisite of repetitive to have WIP.

Since the repetitive manufacturing don't use the status control whether it is WIP or variance (unlike prod.order or process order). Therefore, it relies on reporting point backflush (operation before the final operation) to check WIP based on period.

HI,

Everything is maintained REM profile is also maintained . Scenario is

8750

sf8750

sf8750 is one maintained with r p backflush REM profile

For 8750 normal REM profile maintained . Af

1) After MFBF of sf8750 raw material( 1rm ) is consumed & GR of sf8750 happened .

2) MFBF for 8750 done consumption of sf8750 happened & gr of 8750 happened .

O head calculated, while running WIP for 8750 the above error message coming , but for this material I have not maintained REM profile having reporting point ???

Then you don't need the WIP calculation!! If you don't use reporting point, just remove the RA key from configuration of the product cost collector order type.
