Hello
In CCM2.0 & SRM4.0 we are having issue while creating shopping cart from CCM.We are getting timeout error.
When we checked report /CCM/CHECK_TREX it's not showing the master catalog file too.
Can any have any suggesstion for it.

At what stage is the time out happening ? Is it when the user tries to connect to the catalog or when the item is being sent
back to the shopping cart in SRM ?
Check the time out in ST22, is there a dump ? Where does it dump ?
Also check in table /ccm/d_ctlg_req for the catalog. Is it here ?

Thanks Lisa for your reply. Please find my findings
1. Time out error is happening when I select catalog option from shopping cart wizard. So system is stopping me at very first step for creating a shopping cart from catalog.
2. No error log was captured in ST22.
3. table /ccm/d_ctlg_req contains 1002 entries for catalog.
Please suggest.

At least then we know the catalog is still there.
When did you start to notice this happening ? Was it after an upgrade of some kind ?
Also please try to connect using a different browser....what is your browser version ?
A HTTP watch trace might help here to see what is happening. A free version can be downloaded from HTTPWATCH.COM
Replicate this issue while recording with the trace tool, then check the outcome within the file. Look at the Post entries... are there any errors shown here.

CCM link when called it's giving timeout error. My link https://.............com/sap/bc/bsp/ccm/srm_cse/main.do when called from internet explorer resulting to timeout error.
