Information Space not visible to End Users

Hi

we have Installed Business Objects Explorer on a Blade and created few Information Spaces.

These Information Spaces are visible to user for exploring and anlysis for users who are assigned Administrators group.

we have created couple of groups called Space Explorer and and creator with proper access rights and assigned users to those groups.

users are not able to see the Information Space created. Any help is appreciated.

Dear Krishna,

it seems that your problem is related to missing rights.

Do you receive any error message?

Also which version of Explorer are you using?

Please make sure that your group has the correct rights in order to access Information Spaces and Explorer Application.

Remember that every user by default belongs to the Everyone group which means that most of the rights are "not assigned" or "denied" and this will affect user access because those rights will combine with the rights given to the other group.
