Cannot download to excel

Hi..

We are facing issue when downloading a Webi report to excel onto the local machine.

we are getting the below error almost after the download is about to finish.

We started seeing this problem after we upgraded from IE6 to IE8.

Error Copying file or folder

Cannot copy file: Cannot read from the source file or disk.

Env:

BO XI 3.1 SP2

IE 8

Windows XP

Hi,

Have you tried exporting to PDF?

Because in Excel, if the number of rows/column exceeds 65,536 rows/256 columns, then the specified error may comes..
