What is the purpose of inspection point
If we assign the inspection point while creating quality plan what is the effect during the process
if we didn't assign the inspection point while creating quality plan what is the effect during the process
Pls clarify

Inspection point as per non bookish definition means -->If you want to do result recording on same set of char/mic again & again then Inspection point is used.
there can be several types like
free defined -->when you deliberately create is dynamically at any time.
on time ,container --->say after every 1 hr you can automatically create
sample-->for sample mgt
plant maintainence --->for calibration etc
(In above cases it becomes mandetory to use Inspection points)
You can valuate the Inspection point depending upon the definition.
Make sure that you see the customization under Quality planing->inspection planning->general--->define identifier for inspection point
Now if you do not which to have above circumstances like multiple RR on same set of char,sample mt or Plant Maint then you need not to use Inspection points.
