Cannot update infotype 0007 and 0315 in HR master data through Idoc

Hi

I am unable to create HR master data through Idoc with message type HRMD_A and Idoc type HRMD_A06.

I am getting an error saying that "Infotype 0007 cannot be updated". "Infotype 0315 cannot be updated" with status 51.

Please help.

Hi Lohitha,

Please check Note 105148 - HR-CA-ALE: Additional infotypes for distribution and see if it is relevant for the problem you are facing.

The status 51 means that the record was not created since a record of the type already exists there.

In case you want to update the existing records ,Go for the concept of Change pointers .

Tcode like BD61,BD50,BD21 etc.

Hi, how did you fixed it? I have the same problem now. Can you please share the info'. We extended the IDoc with one Segment and sending into CRM for RPA-Service. The error code is 51- document is not posted- Infotype 0007 is ignored...
