Strategy maintenence plan with several packs set an incorrect call date

Hi All,

I got a unresolved problem.

Strategy Plan with horizont 0% and several packs:

Package 1 : 1Month; Package 2: 3Month. Pack 2 suppress Pack 1.

In SAP, if we start the plan, with date 01/05/2011, the scheduling would be :

Planned date______Call date

01/06/2011_______________ Pack 1

01/07/2011______01/06/2011 Pack 1

01/08/2011______01/07/2011 Pack 2

01/09/2011______01/08/2011 Pack 1

01/10/2011______01/09/2011 Pack 1

01/11/2011______01/10/2011 Pack 2

01/12/2011______01/11/2011 Pack 1

01/01/2012______01/12/2011 Pack 1

however we want to:

Planned date______Call date

01/06/2011_______________ Pack 1

01/07/2011______01/06/2011 Pack 1

01/08/2011______01/05/2011 Pack 2

01/09/2011______01/08/2011 Pack 1

01/10/2011______01/09/2011 Pack 1

01/11/2011______01/07/2011 Pack 2

01/12/2011______01/11/2011 Pack 1

01/01/2012______01/12/2011 Pack 1

How can I do this in SAP in strategy plan with several packs?

Hi,

This is standard functionality as Maintenance Plan will consider the the call date based on the smalest package.

So it would be 1 month difference but not 3 months as per your requirement.
