Valuation Type change A to B

Hi

I am working one issue, which needs to change valuation type A to B for material which Val Type falls under same Val Cat.

I tired with MM17 but its not worked out.

Please let us know how to do this.

Hi,

There are certain pre-requisite

1. Stock should be zero.

2. No open PO or PR.

yes, I confirmed this, material doesn't have stock and any open orders.

In MM01,Extend accounting 1 view for plant,valuation type(B),maintain valuation class,MAP / standard price & save it.

Hi,

Why you are changing valuation type A to B.

As valuation types A & B are active for same valuation category,now enter material in MM01 t.code & then enter the valuation type as B and maintain price for it .
