New fields on 2007A Upgrade

I have just upgraded my SBO from 2007A(8.00.231) SP:01 PL:06 to 2007A(8.00.240) SP:01 PL:14. I am now seeing additional fields on some of the screens. Is there documentation somewhere or release notes that identify all these changes?

You can find out the documentation in SAP upgrade setup folder itself.,

When you download this setup from portal you get the folder like documentation where you can find What's New Document.......

Thanks. In that we skipped a few upgrades to get to this one, I expect the documentation only includes what this upgrade di. Is there anyway to get the documentation for all the upgrades in-between where I was and were I am now? The documentation that came with this upgrade does not seem to reference some of the new fields I have noticed so I expect they are from an earlier upgrade that we skipped.
