0BPARTNER_ATTR doesnt deliver all the partners

Hello

I have discovered that 0BPARTNER_ATTR doesnt deliver all the records.

Table BUT000 contains 120K records while 0BPARTNER_ATTR delivers about 25K records via full load.

Any reason why?

Better to check BP in business transaction instead of table.

However no filters on Ipack/DTP?
