"CCMS Agent Configuration" tab doesn't display in J2EE WAS

Hi.

I'm going to setup CCMS Agent for J2EE engine.

So, I move to Visual Admin -> Dispatcher -> Service -> Monitoring" but there is no "CCMS Agent Configuration" tab.

We have three ABAP+J2EE system and two of that display "CCMS Agent Configuration" tab.

Only one server doesn't exist "CCMS Agent Configuration" tab. ( This system only has Dialog Instance ).

Anybody know this problem ?

Hi,

You can manually register the CCMS agent instead of from the Visual Administrator. SAP Note 817714 describes the steps you need to carry out in order to register the agent manually.

Manual registration must be carried out for every individual instance.
