Scale in rebate codition doesn't work

when we made rebate agreement with condition type A001 with Value scale the PO take the first scale from rebate condition

ex: rebate agreement with value scale condition

from 100 $ -3%

200 -5%

300 -8%

IN PO:

PO value 300 $ but the rebate condition take the first scale -3% (the amount of condition) so scale doesn't work in PO....

Note 167284 clarifies that ' the scale is not evaluated in pricing of purchase order, vendor billing document, settlement request. Instead, the system displays the first scale level.'
