One of my product having one operation in externel

Once it coming back after the externel operation confirmation is happening(here material number is not changing)

In this point i want to create a inspection lot on confirmation

how we can achieve this what is the inspection type we want to give

Hi Friend ,

Procedure for Quality inspection for external operation is :

1) Assign the operation in routing which is done external processing

control Key : PP02 ( External processing )

Click on indicator : Insp char. required.

Hence when production order is released for above scenario , double click on the operation and click on create PR.

Than PO from PR.

material is relaesed for external processing agianst PO .

when material is get external processing and come in through GR . Material goes to quality stock.

after quality ok , its come in unrestricted stock.

You can use the inspeciton lot origin 01 if a goods receipt is posted for an externally processed production operation.

You can store this inspection type in the respective operation of a routing.

You can use 04 origin or also explore 17.

In operation overview maintain/explore inspection type for external inspection

externel opeartion have a confiramtion at that time i want to create inspection lot

Let me tell you something--->I hope rest you will explore

In Routing->operation>double click on control key-->scroll down in overview-->External processing --->enter relevant information along with inspection type
