Bom Article and components donu00B4t match each other

Hello, I have a Phantomarticel defined in the bom with 100kg, with two components 97kg and 3kg. The article has 15% scrap, the components 10% each.

If I look at the productionorder,

Article: 478,400 kg

Comp 1. 510,453 kg

Comp 2 15kg

I want that the arcticle shows the whole quantity, how can I do that ?

Hi,

Where you given this 10 % scrap in article, just go to material master MRP-1 view & give 10 % assembly scrap here.

so article qty raise with 10 % & show scrap qty as 10 % & bom component riswe with same.

If you want it for a specif order then go to order & give scarp qty there in header tab & get same result.

In case you have some more scrap in component then go to article BOM, then component detail & here u can put component scrap.

Article X have two component B1 & B2

for 100 unit X if require 70 unit B1 & 30 unit B2, if u give 10 % assembly scrap

then

if u create order of 100 unit ,

the u get order qty 110 ( 100 + 10) & 10 pcs in scrap qty .

C1 - 77 unit (70+7) & c2 - 33 unit (30 + 3).

suppose u want 5 % component scrap for c2 then

c2- qty become 33*1.05 ( 34.65 unit)
