E-Sourcing Supplier Portal Issue

HI Experts,

Supplier Users can able to login Supplier Portal but once user logon to portal first time user needs to get terms and condition with Accept and Decline button but those two buttons(Accept and Decline) are not appearing and not able to enter further.

Please advise me how to resolve this issue.

Which version of SAP Sourcing and Service Pack are you using? We had a similar issue and this was resolved by applying 5.1 Service pack 09.

Please let us know if this suffices.
