Sale Order issue

Hi SAP Experts,

I have a Issue in our production System.

User Has created a Order with few line items, but due to some reasons has Deleted Line item 30 before Saving the Order.

Now The Order is saved without line item 30 ,but line item 30 is been shown in the Incompleteion log.

If we Enter line 30 ,freshly it's not accepting nor the Incompletion Log is being deleted by V.02.

Could you help me if you have a solution?

Try running SDRQCR21 report in SE38

Hi,

Try putting reason for rejection if possible. Goto sales A for that item and put a reason for rejection.It should work.

Do revert if its not happening.

Tried putting reason of rejection to that Line item 30.

But it does not save the Line 30 ,and gives message Item 30 does not exit.

We do not see Item 30 in Order, yet there is a Incompletion Log.

Hi

As said above try running the program.This should work.

If not enter in item as 30 in sales order and enter the material.
