COPA document without values

Hi,

I have an issue in settling the values to COPA.

Client is into service industry, where service charges charged depends on the type of service he is doing.

Its an MTO scenario, and each service is a seperate line item. I am using Sale order costing.

For a service, there is no BOM and Routings, and only he charges a particular rate per customer which keeps changing, for which I am using unit costing thought the requirement class is similar to that of other services which has BOM and Routing.

In unit costing i m using item categorie as V and manually updating the qty and value with a cost element.

When settling the same to COPA, COPA document is created but without values.

Can you pls suggest where i went wrong.

Thanks & Regards,

Ravi

Hi,

Have you done the billing for the sales order ? Also check your settlement profile to see which PA transfer structure you are using. You can then check the PA transfer structure in tcode KEI3 to see which cost elements have been mapped to which value fields.

HI,

what do you mean "without values"? Which values are missing in the CO-PA document? Keep in mimnd that unit costing does not create a cost component split maybe thats what you are missing?

best regards, Christian
