how to calculate EPF for -ve retro basic salary

Hi,

I want to calculate the EPF for the -ve retro basic salary.

let me explain.

FEB;

Basic Salary - 1000.

March:

Changed BS to 500 from Feb.

basic salary 02/2011 500.00-

Basic salary 500.00

Have to calculate the EPF for this Feb retro.

Plz explain how to do it. By the way it is Malaysia Payroll.

If you are using DCF method for PF then it will not happen as PF is already deducted and went to the trust. Hence recovery is not possible.

In standrad you shd get the Negitive arrears for EPF , did you tested it
