PO release process, invoice payment

Hi Gurus,

Will you please help me in two issues,

1. release POs via Blackberry u2013 so that concerned persoms can release a PO while they are travelling. Can you please let me know how that could be achieved, what the required applications.

2. Invoice payments - Currently we are facing difficulty to settle invoices for shipments which are EXW. The reason is that invoices can only be settled once there is a GR in SAP. However sometimes invoices have to be paid already while the shipment is still in transit.
