Capacity levelling not able to carry out.

Hi

Iam trying to do Capacity levelling for the orders using CM31.

In Planning table When i want to disptch operation folloing message is coming in Planning log.

order ************ operation 0010begins in the past

Order ************ operation 0010 planning step was undone (UNDO).

In the order scheduling type is current date.

Please tell the possible reasons..

I tried with 4 orders same issue .. so i am not able deallocate operations.

Change Strategy profile and set the "Start search in plan direct" and "Plan direction forwards". The system will find the suitable time slot for you automatically when dispatch.

With strategy profile in CM31, the system will try to use the start date set in production orders. If the orders already created, and start date is in the past then it will show the message. Please note that the current date is used when you created only (that's why it is always start date in the past since the system also take the time too).
