Graph between "processing % of work" and "Dates"

Hi experts,

My client requires graph for "processing % of work on Y-Axis" and "dates on X-axis".

for example on 10.05.2011, processing % of work for some activity is 30% confirmed, and on 15.05.2011, processing % of work is 65% confirmed, and on 18.05.2011, processing % of work is 100% confirmed

(note:our client is not using milestones,)

I tried in T.code CNE5, but i am unable to pick dates on graph. it is throwing some error like " please position cursor on muneric column"

So,please guide me to resolve this

(please also tell me,is there any solution if we use Milestones)

Thanks & regards

hi Mahesh,

my requirement is different. i want to capture activity start date & actual confirmation date & processing % of work in graph.

for example: activity start date is 10-05-2011

activity duration is 10 days

suppose if i confirm 40% of work ( processing % of work) on 14-05-2011

i need to capture processing % of work on Y-axis and actual start date & confirmed dates in X-axis.

i tried in t.code CNE5, but it showing mothly wise (when i took period breakdown graph) measn irrespective of date it is taking 01-05-2011 to 31-05-2011.

please anyone give me the solution. As this is mandatory requirement for my client.

thanks & Regards

simple solution is download report CN47 in excel and make a graph there.

I doubt standard SAP R/3 or ECC graph is that smooth without adobe forms.

Or you need to think about BW / BI / BO for a smooth graph.

hi Abdul,

Thanks for your reply.

Are there any BADI's or User exits available for this.

Thanks & Regards

download to excel is a standard functionality available in almost all the reports.
