CS15- Valid to date

Hi,

In Cs15, one of the component does not display the "Change to" number and also the valid to date is shown as 31.12.9999. The same component in CS03 displays the valid

to and the change to number corectly.I am not able to figure why one component alone is getting displayed this way? Any solutions pls?
