Hi Chandra,

What is the printer model.

Compare page size of printer at OS and SAP.

Need to increase page (Height) size at Operating System level and same page size should be assigned at SAP.

In OS (Windows) - Printers and Faxes - double click on printer - printer tab and properties - Printing preferences - advanced - Paper size ( Letter or others)

In SAP - go to SPAD ( Full administration ) - DeviceTypes - Page Formats ( Format P L Width Height ).

Thanks

Have you compared page size at SAP and OS, If it is not same then need to follow as specified before.

You can assign customized page format to device type.

Can you please guide me how to compare the page size at OS level.

As our OMS team is not aware this thing.

Hi Chandra,

As per my understanding your document page is larger than the size of the paper, the printer croped the document.

The physical size of the paper in the printer's paper cassette, the Width setting should always match the width of the edge of the paper that feeds into the printer.

In SAP you can check while giving print - Execute and print ( it will popup for output device) below you see properties - click on that , you can see the format type (Rows and Columns).

Unix Print Server - Need to check lpr options. Windows print server - Specified before.

Same problem we faced before for EPSON printer , did customized settings it worked.

Thanks
