Problem with Crystal Reports in 8.81

Hi,

After I have upgraded my SBO system from 8.8 to 8.81, I can no longer create Crystal Reports maps for SBO since the SBO connection in CR no longer exists.

This is strange since everything was working fine in version 8.8.

I tried to remov Crystal Reports and downloaded the latest CR version, but the problem persists.

Does any body knows what can be the problem?

Hi Manuel Dias,

When you upgrade your B1 version, CR link also needs update. If you already removed CR, you may try reinstall B1 to get a fresh CR.

Hi Gordon,

Yes you were right: however, the problem was solved only after I've installed also the 8.81 HF 05 patch!

Thus, it seems that latest CR version only works with 8.81 PL05.
