Archive the material master : Object RL_LUBU

Hi Folks,

we are archiving the material.

Error : WM stock transfer (from/to material) exists

Diagnosis : Entries in Table LUBU (Posting Chaneg Document)

Solution : Use the archiving object RL_LUBU in SARA.

Queries :

1) This Object does not give material nos to choose. Entire table is selected. How to come over this ?

2) Can there be any possible reasons for this error ?

Your inputs would be really helpful.

Hi

In LU04, list all the open PCNs.

You can either clear them or set the deletion status in LU02 or use LL01 for mass cancellation

Hi,

It didnot work out.

LU02 : Cannot be changed as it is not created manually.

LL01 : For whse number XXX there are no active warehouse act. monitor objects.

Hello,

Usually PCNs will created automatically by the system, when you do a stock category change.

First you try to process the PCN using LT05 , if it is giving any error , go to LU02 and enter you PCN number and change the status to Processesed(U). Before doing this make sure to check the IM & WM stocks and close the PCN.

Raghu,

these are all PCN in processed status.

Unless and until they are removed from LUBU table, we cannot arhive that material.
