Cannot attach an empty file

Hi,

I am trying to upload a file at the time of creation of Role in ERM, and the system shows an error "Cannot attach an empty file" when I try to attach the document.

What coul it be?

i have AC 5.3, SP 14

Hi,

As per SAP note 1168183, this issue has been resolved in ERM SP14. Please make sure that ERM component should be on SP14.

Thanks for response, but the ERM version is 3.0 - SP 14, for the rest of the components is the same, and i still have the issue..

probably i have to upgrade to SP 15, but i have my doubts about, i think that i will have more problems than i have.

Hi ,

It seems ERM SP14 has some issues. If you are initial stage of configuration/upgrade , i think it is better to upgrade to SP15.

iConnect with SAP support for ERM latest version related issues to get quick solution/answer.
