I understand that to populate an Adobe Interactive Form, authorization checks will occur (i.e. reading the source information).
Once the form is populated and pass to another user (using workflow for example), does the receiving user also have to have authority to read the information in the form (similar to what the user who populated the form)?
For example, to populate a Personnel Change Request, a manager must be able to read personnel information for the employee. When the Personnel Change Request is sent to someone else, does that person also have to have authority to read the information?
There are MANY ways to handle this. I wrote a blog on it you can find by searching "HCM P&F" blogs. You can use your exisitng sercurity, use a "new" auth. object for HCM P&F or use a mixture of both. It gets real funky...especially with structural authorizations.
