Phase Confirmation in process order

Dear All,

I am going to reverse a phase in which goods reciept done but at a time of phase reversal through transaction code CORS system giving me a error message like " Deficit of BA St. in QI prev. 7,167 EA : 600003807 1001 1601 A010168"

But i go for check a stock in MMBE so stock is available in Plant S.loc & Batch Combination also in quality inspection

Then why system is giving me a such kind of Error message

Hi,

If you are dealing with MTO then check whetehr availble stock is a special stock (E) or not.

The transaction you want to cancelled was posted in the previous period. However, somehow your goods receipt is performed within this period (maybe the error log and clearing of backlog is performed within this period).

You need to cancel the current goods receipt and post it again in previous period. You can list the material documents in MB51.

Then do CORS. Please check that the MARD table has the QI stock in previous period.
