I had a problem that I didn't find a data sources under CO-OM-CEL-IO when I trying to activate data source in ERP

SAP NetWeaver 7.0 BI Content Add-On 5 SP 03

Have you activated this particular DS in TA RSA5 ?
In which TA you do not see it? in TA RSA6 ?
The problem happened to me when I am trying to activate data source under the application components CO-OM-CEL-IO
I am using SBIW transaction to activate data sources in source system

Which Extractor you want to activate under that particular Node?
Actually I am following the Best Practice for BW
In the section of activating data source the manual directed me to activate all data sources under this application components but I didn't find anything under it
