Favourites/Personal Folders not visible

I am having a problem with the Favourites/Personal folders. For some reason they are not visible for any user, even the Administrator. I believe there is a wrong setting in the Top-Level Folder security settings for User Group Everyone. Can someone give the Default settings to be used in this User Group?

Hi,

which version of BO are you using with which Service Pack / Fix Pack?

Did you migrated from a previous version of BO?

Can the Administrator see the personal folders when he logs into the CMC?

Can a user see his folder in InfoView when he logs into InfoView?

It's a test system, 3.1 XI, I am not sure of the Service pack level. Neither the Administrator nor User can see personal folders when logging into CMC/InfoView.

the administrator should be able to see the personal folders when he logs into the CMC....so something is wrong here.

Does this also happen when you create a new enterprise user?

If you are using the RTM Version of XI 3.1 i would recommend you are updating to SP3 to avoid any bug here.
