how can one create this in sap

10% or 150 numbers ,which ever is less is selected at random and is inspected as per the inspection procedjures

a)accept the lot if he gets 0 defects

b)if it is >=1 defect,inspect another 10% at random

c)accept the lot if he gets 0 defect

d)if it is >=1 defect and<=5 defects ,inspect the whole lot

e)if it is more than 5 defects ,reject the entire lot

in the case of out of stock material the whole lot is inspected even if the defects are beyond our acceptance level the good ones are accepted the rest rejected.

PS: If the above doesn't work, you need to create a new Valuation rule with a new Function Module created that works as per your requirements. You need help from Technical Consultants. Krishna
