Appraisal report - Not fetching all the records

Hi All,

The query Performance Mgmgt Appraisal is not fetching all the records from the Multiprovider.

In Multiprovider for an Appraiser, there are 3 Appraisees assigned; but the query fetching just 1 appraisee from the Mutiprovider.

Can anyone please let me know, how to dig down and find the root cause of this issue?

Run transaction LISTCUBE and run it for your multiprovider, give the same selections given when running the query. Check if you get all the appraisees correctly for an appraiser. If yes the issue could be a the query level. If you do not get data properly at the multiprovider level, you need to check the definition, etc.

Dear Santhosh,

Try to find out any of these following which might be the reason that is not bringing the required data.

1. Global filter in query.

2. Restriction on keyfigures.

3. Conditions used in query.

If any of the above is restricting the required details to only one of the appraisee, then the other two might get filtered out.

Try to elaborate the situation, so that we shall find the solution.
