sending e-mails via sap in hebrew, the mail is gibberish

hi,

I'm giving helpdesk support to another company that uses SAP ONE BUSINESS.

Recently we configured the program for sending e-mails (in hebrew).

the mail is in hebrew and the recipient receive the subject and file name in gibberish.

The Ragional Options are set to hebrew.

Is there anything else i can check or do to solv the gibberish problem?

Hi,

Welcome you post on the forum.

Check under Company Basic Initialization, have you selected Mulit-Language Support ?

If you do, uncheck it in test environment and see the result.

Ok, It was already unchecked.

I tried to check it but the mail still was in gibberish.

any other suggestions?
