PO Change / View Role

Hi ALL

I am currently working on SRM 4.0 and have a requirement where ' All global users can view PO's on behalf of other countries as part of the admin role. This needs to be restricted so countries can only manage their own PO's.

We currently have different countries having their own procurement functions set up. There is one of the country which acts as a central one which should have access to see and make the changes to any other country.

Which would be the best way to achieve this functionality with the above constraint which should not affect any of the other countries functionality.

have you tried the BADi "BBP_WF_LIST".

Yes we have tried this one but not able to restrict the list as per our requirement.

Country 1 Users can view POs for Purch Org P1

Country 2 Users can view POs for Purch Org P2

Country 3 -- Users can view POs for Purch Org P1 and P2.

if this is the requirement, then try to create roles for Country1 restricted with P1 and Country2 restricted with P2 and Country3 restricted with P1 and P2 . also u need to enable the parameter EKG in the su01 parameter tab.
