Your criteria should be CALC and under the format, you can make the cell as gray and locked. After creating the advanced formatting section, you should refer to this area in the formatoption.
Once the expansion is run, the calculated members will become gray and should be locked. However, the locking will not work, unless, the sheet is protected. So, please lock the sheet using workbook options.
