WBS Element Creation from appropiation request

Hi all,

I want to create WBS element from appropriation request but every time i want to create WBS element project definition is created i know it is standard functionality but suppose first time i have created one project definition from one request then second time i just want to create WBS element form other App. request under the same project definition then what should i do?

Just i want to create WBS element not project definition every time....

Help in solving this issue....

You dont require any exit or BADI. It can be achieved in Std. SAP

Dear rafi

i want to create only wbs element by diffrent App Req only not project profile every time...supose by app req D-A i have created one project deffinition D-A and wbs element D-A for that and then by second app req D-B i want to create only wbs element under project definiton D-A but diffrent wbs element D-B.

How can it is possible because when i want to create the project form second app req D-B the peoject deffinition and wbs field is grayed.

Is there is another method to create D-B under the same project def. D-A with the new app req D-B....

In your appropriation request type, donot maintain external + same as WBS coding mask . change it to independent number range. Now when you click create project button in measure tab, you will see the project definition and WBSE field in editable mode. enter the project definition D-A and enter D-B in WBSE field. Now system will create D-B WBSE under D-A project definition .
