There are Excisable Item(s) with non-CENVAT tax code

Dear All,

I Found an error message There are Excisable Item(s) with non-CENVAT tax code [Message 140080010-13]

when i have added sales bom in Quotation All Item In Sales bom should be Excisable And selected Warehouse will be excisable but still error message shown and document could not be added.

if any one have a solution then send it to me.

Hi Vikas.sap7,

If your all child Item & its Warehouse is Excisable then follow up below procedure.

Go To Administration / Setup / Finance / Tax / Tax Code Determination & put one Default Tax Code for Sales / Purchase.

Hello,

If you are using excise materials then can not use excise code for parent item,because when you select parent code which is only sale item in item master.

And in sales bom we can not change tax code for chield item.

This is the SAP best practice proces for excise related report.because when if you have not inventory of your parent item(Sales Item) then how it is posible to excise amount.

Default tax is comming form tax code determination.

So change your business process after discuss your client.

Its working fine check your setting (i had check the same process in SAP B1 8.8 1 pl-04)

parent and child items both can be excisable

Choose Excise related Taxcode (Ex : Cenvat Category)

Activate the form settings at row level and check if the correct excisable warehouses and tax codes are selected in the order.
