unable to cancel inspection lots

Hi,

I've a problem with cancelling inspection lots. I was to cancel the lot, not the material document. So when i go to QA02, the option cancel lot is grey. The status is the lot is the following: REL CALC SUB SPRQ ORRQ.

Hello Maarten,

You can only cancel inspection lots for which no stocks are maintained if they do not reference a:

Delivery (with or without reference to a sales order)

Production order

Process order

Run schedule header

Maintenance order

Inspection lots that reference the above objects can only be cancelled or deleted via the order or delivery

Lots like SPRQ or ORRQ can not be cancelled.............

I think many of them don't have stock anymore...
