Free of charge item

My user has raised a sales order ie., free of charge item it means zero value.

But while taking it in sales returns system is pricking calue for the items.

Is ther anything that need to be taken care in copying controls.

Pl help

Hello

Check the Item Category determining (TCode VOV4) for the material in return order.

Item Cat should be similar to Std Item cat - RENN: Free Goods Item

Try manually changing the Item Cat in Sales order, provide provision is maintain.

Hi,

You can achieve ths same by two method

1. Copy control: - with your billing type to order type, in your item category level make Pricing Type as "D" Copy pricing element unchanged.

2. Determin the Item category TANN with your return document type so pricing will not be determin there

In copy controls at item level, pricing type make D Copy all condition from soure.
